Staffing Levels

Foremost in many minds is the level of support you will receive this year with your burgeoning class.

You know in the pit of your stomach that you will be unable to meet the demands placed upon you. You know your best will leave your tank empty.

 The model used to determine staffing needs is over twenty five years old.

Whilst it is a great read, what has happened in the interim? Many feel that conditions have deteriorated further. The need has grown. Far more teacher support is required.
